Profiles Explained
A profile in the Atlantic Global Solution is used to define your forecasted resource demand, your anticipated expenditure and to define a budget for each project. Profiles can be created at any level in the project hierarchy and can have many different statuses.

Entering and Maintaining Demand
Demand is used to specify your role based resource requirements for a project. Demand is entered as Roles such as Project Manager or Developer, by Department. Demand is used in the system to analyse your capability to deliver projects before committing any physical resources.

Entering and Maintaining Expenditure
Expenditure is used to specify any planned expenditure and purchasing for a project. All expenditure is related to an expense type to ensure it can be related to actual expenditure in the system. Expenditure is used in tandem with your planned resource demand to create a forecasted cost for the project.

Entering and Maintaining Deliverables
A deliverable denotes a specific point in a project when something is delivered, such as a milestone being reached, a benefit being achieved, a project gate being reached or a particular document being completed or signed off by a certain date. You can set up as many deliverables as required and flag them as a particular deliverable type to aid searching. Deliverables may be input at any stage in the project and at any level within the project hierarchy.

The Atlantic Global Solutions Risks and Issues functionality is used to centrally store all risks and issues that are affecting the project and to create actions for the project team to mitigate them.
