Intuitive Demand Profiling

The Atlantic Global Project Portfolio Management system enables you to generate multiple demand profiles per project.  Profiles can easily be created to measure the impact of changes in scope or priority on your resource capability.  Features include the ability to clone previous profiles and to adjust demand based on weighted uplifts or time scales.  Users can easily compare profiles to analyse the impact of changes in demand on your resource capability or project financials.

Capability Planning Dashboard 

To ensure your organisation has complete visibility of the impact of demand on your resource capability, the Atlantic Global Solution includes a comprehensive Capability Planning Dashboard, users can easily assess demand, vs capability vs allocations for the entire organisation, a selection of roles or different teams and departments.  Users can drill down into the underlying data to see actual resource allocations, over allocated resource, as well as resource shortfalls and any potential training requirements.
