SaaS 'boosts' customer loyalty
Using customer relationship management software-as-a-service (SaaS) can improve customer loyalty, it has been claimed.
Hyundai national manager of consumer affairs Kelly Kawaguchi indicated that providing the highest level of service, such as through resource management software, boosts customer relationships.
She said: "At Hyundai, we know that providing the highest level of service to our customers throughout their relationship with our company is a key driver of continued loyalty."
Her comments follow the publication of customer relationship guidance by the Institute of Directors earlier this month.
The organisation suggested that businesses should focus efforts on the most profitable customers and introduce segmentation to improve cost efficiency during the downturn.
Maintaining a consistent message across websites is also important, according to the organisation.
Global head of small and medium business at Tata Consultancy Services Venguswamy Ramaswamy earlier this month told The Hindu Business Line that business SaaS could help reduce costs.
