Flexible working capable of 'improving work-life balance'
Businesses may be more inclined to invest in timesheet software after recent comments about the beneficial effects of flexible working on the work-life balance for employees, it is said.
A drop in the number of permanent staff is a major issue in the current climate, according to Management Today, which stated that by replacing these posts with flexible working hours could cut down on costs.
Despite this, productivity can suffer through the implementation of a new initiative and employers must be cautious for this very reason, with many perhaps tempted to get timesheet software to truly organise the new regime.

According to Mayo Clinic, the increasing pressures of modern-day living lead to a problematic work-life balance, leading to high stress situations and more staff absences, impacting on a company's performance.
