Project management skills 'key to success'

The importance of project management software has been highlighted by a manager of a north-west firm, who cites it as the key to his success in his role.

Yannis Nicolaidis, an All Trades Network franchise owner, told the Franchise Magazine that by using extensive project management skills, a company can be made aware of several key opportunities while also allowing the effective oversight of the task at hand.

He said that while he has been in several situations where he has been without the necessary experience of the industry, this has not hindered him as he had the organisational and customer skills - something which project management software could provide.

Mr Nicolaidis added: "This has enabled me to put together a team of quality tradesmen who can deliver a first class service."

One thing which sells project management software and similar outsourced systems to small businesses is the ability to demonstrate it fully instead of relying on a restricted demo, according to Joe Ruck of Cloud Computing Magazine.
