Sales leads 'improve hugely' with CRM
The desire for growth is at the forefront of every business' mind, yet many are not using the tools available to them to get the most out of their customers, it is believed.
According to James Rickman, a blogger and expert in small business management software, the use of customer relationship management (CRM) is absolutely central to this prolonged success.
He said: "Individuals who are able to locate CRM software have an advantage because they do not struggle as much with successfully monitoring and solving specific business development needs."
Mr Rickman noted that many people are happy to write off CRM as a "fancy address book", though when it is effectively used, it will sustain processes such as tracking clients, finding the most popular products and services, improving support given to consumers and galvanising targeted marketing.
