Project management software is 'crucial to recovery'

Project management software's impact on the modern workplace would be a big one, it has been said.

Rupert Hutton, the finance director at Atlantic Global, said that through project portfolio management, it is much clearer to everyone to see which ideas are flagging or what needs more time, investment or human resources.

It is so important in the eyes of the organisation at large that it has produced a white paper entitled Project Portfolio Management: An Overview which aims to highlight the need for such an investment.

Mr Hutton continued: "Following the news of the growth in the French and German economies this week, companies should be starting to think about which of their projects are going to be the biggest winners, if this good news continues.

"Any companies who have positioned themselves in this way will stand to gain the most when economic recovery begins in earnest".

According to Eugene Blaine, the managing director of Atlantic Global, the company is focused on one thing first and foremost: doing the basics as well as possible in any organisation it partners up with.
