Businesses 'must prioritise flexibility' with SaaS

Companies looking into the use of online timesheets or project management software ought to consider several issues before adopting a managed services provider, according to a new report.

SME Web explained that UK businesses are increasingly turning to such a solution to provide them with everything they need, in turn cutting electricity, storage and maintenance costs while doing so.

However, certain things must be prioritised when selecting a provider, such as the flexibility of the solution - perhaps taking such things into account as the number of computers it can be applied to or the different features which can gradually be upgraded to or downgraded from.

The security of data also remains top priority, SME Web added, noting that managed services providers are looking after company data - any organisation's most important asset.

If businesses are adopting a customer relationship management system, a survey by BIGresearch and Shop.org recently emphasised how language preferences are in high demand from people utilising websites powered by the form of governance.
