Research and Markets: SaaS becoming very popular

A recent survey has discovered that the important facilities to users and buyers in traditional IT applications are also important when it comes to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and business management software.

According to Research and Markets in its most recent report A Slice of SaaS Data: Technology Capabilities Confirm SaaS' Enterprise Positioning, decision makers such as chief information officers believe the availability of disaster recovery and associated project management software is paramount to success.

It explained that most of the desires required from organisations fall into several distinct categories, including the recovery from application problems and the customisation of the SaaS solution for seamless integration into the business.

Over 1,700 respondents gave their opinions to the organisation on such specific technological capabilities, which is currently available to download through the Research and Markets website.
