Hospital staff turn to SaaS
SearchAmerica, a subsidiary of Nottingham-based Experian, has announced that it has turned to software-as-a-service (SaaS) in order to relay vital training information to its workers.
Five new E-Learning modules are underlining the importance of budget constraints on the firm, which needs to be able to deliver project management software in the absence of the usual allocations and methods adopted to teach staff important issues.
It is hoped that the flexible initiative will allow for greater freedoms and degrees of understanding, particularly when it comes to managing changes or patient communications.
Tina Eller, the vice-president of Revenue Cycle Services at SearchAmerica, continued: "Face-to-face communication with patients should be a positive experience for all; however, staff associates need essential soft-skills training to achieve this result.
"We are pleased to provide educational resources that are proven to help health care providers consistently handle sensitive patient conversations with favourable human relations."
While its operational headquarters are based in Nottingham, Experian runs its corporate office in Dublin.
