Context Driven Training Tutorials

A major new development is the introduction of Context Driven Video Tutorials explaining how to use or how to administer the part of the system which is being accessed at that time.

This will now offer immediate video assistance with any areas of difficulty or uncertainty or where the user wants to know how to improve the way they use the system. This will provide a broader and visual background to that area of the system rather than a more narrowly defined help file and will eliminate the time and effort associated with searching through help files, ringing the helpdesk, or consulting a colleague.
