Improved Dashboards, Enhanced Project Planning and Budget Creation Wizard

 

Atlantic Global is pleased to annouce the October 2008 Atlantic Global OnDemand release.  The latest version provides improved resource scheduling, project planning and budgeting capabilities, along with enhancements to the user dashboard. 


 New Improved User Dashboard - the user dashboard has now been replaced with a more intuitve version providing the end user with a period summary of timesheet and expense status.  Users can easily complete their timesheets and update any issues directly from the dashboard.  In addition, users can now view a weekly calendar on their homepage with the option to update timesheets directly from the schedule.

 New Improved Scheduling Dashboard - the existing resource scheduling dashboard has been enhanced to include new team diary and team Gantt-based schedules.  Users can now analyse forecast utilisation by week and by month graphically on screen as well as indentifying and managing resource conflicts.

 New Budget Creation Wizard - users can now quickly and simply create an overal project budget or role based budgets directly from their project plans.
