Improvements to Project Profiling

When replacing or merging profile data from another plan or template plan, the system defaults to including either Open Periods or All Periods, based on the last time you performed the action.

This saves time and effort for the project manager when setting up a number of new projects from template plans or when re-planning projects regularly.
