New Customer Relationship Managment Module

We are delighted to annouce the release of a new module into the Atlantic Global OnDemand product suite.  Customer Relationship Management enables you to manage all of your interaction between your project teams, clients, suppliers and prospects.

A key feature of the Customer Relationship Management module is the ability to quickly and easily define business function dashboards.  A business function dashboard allows you to specify a master action to which a series of sub actions relate.  These are then arrange into an easy to use dashboard so that you can manage key business functions easily within Atlantic Global OnDemand.  Unlimited numbers of business function dashboards can be created. 

Examples of dashboards you can generate through the business function dashboard functionality include:

 Sales Management
 Helpdesk
 Campaign Management
 Change Management
 Project Communication
