Remove IE Compatibility View

When accessing the the Atlantic Global Solution using Internet Explorer 8, the application forces the browser to run in compatibility view. Compatibility View allows content designed for older web browsers to still work well in Internet Explorer 8.  Compatibility View forces the IE8 browser to display pages the same as IE7.

Running the Atlantic Global Solution in compatibility view reduces the performance of certain areas of the system such as the Task Gantt view. The Atlantic Global Solution v4.7 will no longer be forced run in compatibility view when accessed using Internet Explorer 8.

This is the first step in providing support for Internet Explorer 9 which will arrive in a future release.
