Atlantic Global Solution v4.5

Atlantic Global is pleased to announce the release of the Atlantic Global Solution (AGS) version 4.5.  The release is scheduled for the week commencing 7th March 2011.  Please see the service announcements area on the application login screen for precise details of any downtime.

The main focus of this release is to improve the adminisration and to make the system more intuitive, key highlights include:

• Modal Forms - you can now enter data on the fly.  For example, if you are adding a new Resource but do not have the correct department, cost rate or role setup, you can easily add these without navigating away from the Resource record.
• Auto Searching for Data - selecting records has been greatly enhanced, for example, to select a department when adding a resource simply type the first few characters of the code or description into the field and the system will automatically filter out any valid records and display them in a drop down.
• New Template Logins, Resources, Roles and Projects - you can now quickly create all of the key elements in the Atlantic Global Solution from existing templates.
