Major enhacements to the PPM Module

Significant enhancements have been made to the Atlantic Global Solution Project Portfolio Management functionality. 

Enhancements in version 4 include Cross Project Deliverable Dependencies, visibility of Daily Cost Rates on Demand Profiles and the ability to specify Multi Currency costs. 

A new Scenario Modelling Dashboard has been introduced to improve the process of selecting and prioritising projects. 

The Project Review mechanism has also been enhanced to enable the updating of actuals against an entire project, making it easier for Project Managers to see the impact of timesheets on task progress. 

Finally, the Project Dashboard has been improved with enhancements to the navigation. A new Approvals tab has been added to enable timesheet approval directly from the Project Dashboard and the delivery management functionality has been improved to provide better visibility of deliverable dependencies.
