New Contract Management and Billing functionality

With the release of the Atlantic Global Solution v4 the existing invoice functionality will be replaced with the new Contract Management and Billing functionality.  The Contract Management and Billing functionality  provides greater flexibility and control over your time and expense billing. 

New features include Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Capped, Milestone and Advanced Billing types.  Easily manage each contract with multiple Contract Lines and associated Purchase Orders.
