Simplified Risk and Issue Management

For ease of use the Risk and Issues functionality has been separated in the Atlantic Global Solution giving users more flexibility in managing risks and issues.  To facilitate this, the previous Risks/Issues Tab on the Project World Dashboard has been split into two new tabs, custom fields can be added to either risks or issues, and Actions can be specified independently for both risks and issues.  The layout of the Risks and Issues tab has also been improved to reduce redundant space between the summary and detail panes.
