User Dashboard Schedule Improvements

To support the changes to the Project Planning view and Scheduling Dashboard, minor enhancements have been made to the User Dashboard to improve its ease of use.  These enhancements include:

• The ability to Move the Schedule view to its own tab
• The ability to Drill through on the Actuals column of the Schedule view to view the underlying timesheets.
